Having a healthy bodymeans you have to eat certain foods in order for your body to function at optimum efficiency: LIVER:consuming foods high in anti-oxidants. Foods with great amount of vitamins C, E & B such as fruits and vegs. Vegetables such as: broccoli, cauliflower & cabbage are significantly useful detoxification agents. Cleansing fruits such as: fresh berries, prunes, raisins, apples & pears are good choices for a healthy liver. Avoiding foods that are high in fat and cholestoral can also keep your liver healthy. |
